One of the most common questions asked by our customers is, "What is your best cigar?" When you stock thousands of different cigars, this is an impossible question to answer! Plus, you always have to factor in an individual's taste and a cigar's price - but even with this info, this question remains a perplexing one. So, we have decided that, each month, we will "cherry pick" a cigar that we personally recommend and enjoy. Some will be old standards; others will be new cigars of note. Others will be chosen because they are tremendous bargains.

Cherry Pick of the Month: Punch Corazón de Edgardo Iglesia

The November Cherry Pick is the 5 ½ inch by 45 ring gauge Punch Corazón de Edgardo Iglesia. This very special blend is named in honor of Edgardo Martinez, the legendary master roller who has been running the Villazon factory in Danli Honduras for several decades. The Iglesia size is a densely packed Corona with a deep-brown Ecuador Sumatra wrapper and filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Honduras.

This is a medium to full bodied smoke that is loaded with the classic rich, earthy flavors that the connoisseur has come to expect from the exceptional Punch brand. Besides making extraordinary cigars, Edgardo is the Deacon of his church and a substantial portion of the profits from these beauties will be donated to his church. So besides treating yourself to a wonderful cigar, you are also helping a lot of hard working people that are less fortunate than yourself.
