How will the recipient know I purchased them a Virtual Gift Card? (Back to Top): A notification email will be sent to the recipient with and activation link for the card and redemption instructions.
What if the recipient does not activate the Virtual Gift Card? (Back to Top): If the card is not activated within 15 days of purchase, a reminder email will be sent. If the card is not activated within 30 days of purchase, an email will be sent to you (the purchaser) with the activation link and gift card information. You can then activate the gift card yourself and forward it to the person intended.
